Before incorporation, ViveSpoon was selected for the 13th cohort of FASTAR, an acceleration programme operated by the Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, Japan (SMRJ).
SMRJ announced 18 participants on 30 September 2025. The public document lists ViveSpoon as a pre-incorporation venture based in Kanazawa, Ishikawa.
Through FASTAR’s mentoring support, ViveSpoon examined the business plan, partnership strategy, intellectual property, funding plan, and other issues relevant to incorporation and commercial development. Because the selection predated incorporation, this article does not retrospectively identify the selected entity as ViveSpoon Inc.
